"Very friendly helpful staff. The grounds and casitas are nice and the views of the lake and volcano are really nice. Of course, the flies are incessant in the morning. "The location is awesome. The facilities are just ok. The bed was a mattress on the floor, and no chair in the room at all. I put the toilet seat cover down to sit on it, and it broke.
