"Very friendly helpful staff. The grounds and casitas are nice and the views of the lake and volcano are really nice. Of course, the flies are incessant in the morning. They seem to fade away in the afternoon and evening. The hotel is a short drive to the start of Mt Batur hike and you can hire a guide at this hotel. Highly recommend the hike.
