"This was one of our favorite properties during our stay in New Zealand. An extremely large one bedroom unit with kitchen and living area. Comfy bed and milk and water stocked in the fridge. No A/C, but not needed as quickly as it cools down after sunset. Very walkable to everything in town."

I did 4 stars for condition ONLY because it's a bit older property and parts were a bit worn, but the rooms were impeccable as were the dining and other amenities. Perfect location as well. A great place to stay. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Distinction Luxmire hotel. Its fully renovated, modern bath & bed and very spacious. It’s very convenient to walk to all the restaurants in the town centre. Morning buffet breakfast very nice with a lot of options. Overall we enjoyed our stay over there and will go back there for sure. Thanks"
