"The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night. "

"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."
