"The hotel is amazing we didn't want to leave. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the size of the room was huge. The only thing that was disappointing is that you have to pay for the spa which you would thing would be free with it being a 4 star hotel. But besides that we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This hotel is located close to the docks and Liverpool one making it perfect for a weekend away. The cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. The rooms are huge!!! With the added bonus of a kitchen, the bathroom had a 4 person jacuzzi and a rain shower. What lets this hotel down is the decor is a little tired in places, the heating system didn’t work but the night shift team brought us heaters within minutes of us asking. The balcony door we couldn’t open, the toilet...

"We were able to check in early, I had messaged to ask and I got a swift response Check was quick and easy. Staff were lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, fresh towels every day. The coffee and pastries in the morning were perfect.. I will definitely stay again "

Now the not so good bits.. The halls are a bit dated and could do with being updated The walls are definitely paper thin and definitely need to be soundproof as other reviews have suggested. Breakfast was disappointing not the same standard as the evening meal was and it was in the same restaurant "
