"Stay here if you want a relaxing visit near Ubud. Takes an hour and half from the airport and 30ish minutes from the center of Ubud without traffic. The grounds are beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, ordered a la carte. I had dinner onsite and ordered room service as well. Both meals were delicious and the presentation was beautiful. They offer complimentary tea and small bites in the afternoon. That was enjoyable. I stayed in a room overlooking the smaller pool. The room was basic, but had everything I needed. The only negative was that my room was near the housekeeper room and I could hear them go and out often but I was rarely in my room. I would highly recommend this place and come back and stay in their villas. "

"An all round amazing stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was FANTASTIC; comfy large bed, great size balcony and fruit plates!! We had an elephant directly outside our room but could see 5 in the mornings. The park itself is beyond words; the elephant interactions are next level but the grounds a alaso beautiful, so many different plants and little hidden benches all through the park. Not sure wgat happened to the buffet breakfast as was advertised on the menu but we were told they only have buffet lunch.. ala carte menu was still great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAGICAL EXPERIENCE IF YOU LOVE ELEPHANTS!!!"

"An absolute must do for any animal lovers or families with kids! We had an amazing experience - African animals roaming around just outside your bedroom, safari tour, infinity pool, animal shows, breakfast with the lions and meerkats, friendly staff - what’s not to love! "

Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."
