"location, location, location. Basically you are in easy walking distance to everything that you need ie. great cafe's (Eat street), shops, and a 20 min walk to the architectural sites. It is opposite but not on the lake. It was an easy drive to all the geothermal sites. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful."
