"We booked this accommodation two days prior to arrival. We were running late as we stopped at the thermal pools and John called to check up on us. The check in was efficient and our room (#3) was excellent. Although we spend on one night there, it was a very comfortable stay. The location is great and we were able to enjoy the drone show and night market. Highly recommend this place."

"Our hosts Danny & Mabel were highly attentive and their property is a wonderfully secluded villa amongst the vibrant landscape of Aotearoa New Zealand. Mabel’s morning breakfast is a delight with various fruits and jams all coming from the garden. The proximity to central Rotorua is also within a 15 minute drive. This location is highly recommended. "

"The views from the common area were beautiful. However, our room was tiny, no space to move about in at all. The breakfast provided was good but the spread somewhat stingy. You had to ask for that second cup of coffee for example, and the cold cuts and cheeses platter looked meager."

"Friendly hosts, Margaret and Rob, cooked up a great breakfast both mornings of our stay and provided good ideas for local dining and sightseeing. The lovely pristine little suite features a very comfortable bed, a small sitting area with very rural views (cows and sheep very close by). The only downside to this rental is its distance from amenities tho there is nice hiking in nearby Otanewainuku Park."
