"Able to book in and check out on line. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms in separate building to the pub and accessible all the time. Discounted breakfast only if you book direct with hotel, not available through booking site. Must remember to put sign on the door if you want your room cleaned and fresh towels etc. If you stay more than 1 night. Short drive to M6 toll road. "

"The room was great value for money! Staff at the pub were nice and welcoming, as was the food. Housekeeping staff need to ensure there is handwash in the bathroom, we had to use our own. The skirting board by the bed had drink spilt all over it- not sure how long it had been there before. This did not effect our stay though but effects the rating given."

"Location was great and it was easy to find. I booked 2 family rooms, which were perfect for us and a good price. Rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we required for our stay. Eg enough towels, extra pillows. Staff were polite, professional and happy to help. We had an evenibg meal in the pub. service was efficient and quick, which was great as we were travelling with children. Breakfast was cooked to order and again staff and service was quick and efficient. We were impressed, heaps...

"Only stayed one night and didn't get there till late but had a lovely and friendly welcome. Had a few drinks in the bar and ordered pizza for dinner which they brought to our room on delivery. Sat on the bed and thought omg my back is going to kill but actually wasn't too bad. Soft and lumpy and felt the springs when sitting but laying down wasn't as uncomfortable. Room nice and big but bathroom smelt a bit of drains but not bad enough to cause an issue. Heater brilliant and warmed the room up...
