"Highly recommended, Five stars Had the most relaxing time, everything you need, home from home, comfy, cosy and peaceful, with hot tub for two for that added luxury to watch the sunset after a day of sightseeing, lots to see and doOff street parking, secluded location but local shops, restaurants and pubs within a 10 minutes drive Karl the owner was so helpful and friendly We can't wait to return one day soon "

"I've stayed here for a couple of years in a row whilst attending a conference. The property is very comfortable and in a super quiet location with wonderful views over farmland. The only thing I'd say is there's one breakfast bowl but obviously a very minor gripe lol:)"

"Had a great stay at The Croft, lovely, spacious property with plenty of space for all ages. John and Sarah were very welcoming and on hand to share knowledge of the local area. Kitchen well equipped (even has a wine fridge 😁). Would definitely recommend it "

"Good location visiting my son, who is at Loughborough University, for his birthday. V comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms/showers and lovely communal space downstairs including large dining table and bar area. We didn’t think the photos did the property justice. We will definitely stay again."

"Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!"

"Beautiful quaint little cottage next to the river. Parking was a bit restricted as the roads are very narrow and busy around the property. Opened the door to a very strong damp smell that greeted us upon each return, had to open a few windows. There wasn’t any ventilation in the kitchen or bathroom which could be contributery. The spiral staircase could have been made safer by adding grips as the small wooden steps were very slippery. There was no toilet paper or bin bags/liners or a tea towel...
