"We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues. AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC. Missing items: paper towels, dish soap, sponges, hand...

"This the 3rd time we have stayed at this villa. The villa was excellent for our family who visited at different times over the 3 months. Great neighbors over this time and the Los Delfines area offers lots of great choices for activities. There is a lot of development occurring so construction activity is constant. "We loved everything about this property. It is private, quiet yet close enough to walk to the beach and the rancho bar. The whole area is flat so easy to manage if you have a stroller or if you are elderly. There is a full age range of people in this community which was super fun for nights at the rancho. I highly recommend this property. The owner was very responsive and organized. A fantastic vacation!"
