"This is what I would consider an old school typical Costa Rican hotel. Growing up here me and my family went to a lot of hotels like this. Very peaceful and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room every morning. Conveniently located to food and beach. Enjoy our stay a lot. Nothing luxury but a great place all around. Would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very private "

"Excellent stay. Lodge is a hidden gem at an affordable price for all Euro luxuries. Extremely clean, new bathrooms, Hilton style beds and pillows (Slept like a baby!) Will definitely stay there again. Steps from beach and in town perfect location, with free parking on-site. "

"The grounds were beautiful. Great community area (use of the kitchen too!) and pool. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. Right across from the ocean. If you go during the hottest months, be aware that the cabins have 3 mesh walls. We did not find this as a problem since there were 2 fans and quite comfortable in the evenings. Really, who spends too much time in their room on vacation anyway. That aside, the cabins are quite comfortable and have nice decks with hammocks."

"Our stay at Casita Sollevente was incredible, the accommodation was very clean, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, had two out door pools that were great for relaxing in. The complete staff treated us very well throughout our stay. The food and drinks are very good. The short drive down the hill into Montezuma is easy, though you certainly want a car as it is a steady incline from the town up to the resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"
