"Pros : Helpful staff. Water and cookies available to all in lobby. There’s a pool. There’s a shopping mall close. Cons : The “family room” is minuscule. We were two and had just enough space for us and luggage. There is no way a 4 people family could fit in there with luggage. We booked a ride to Koh Phi Phi from the hotel, the driver was late and it took 3 tries to book it as the computer & app didn’t work."

"Great location Basic essentials Value for money. Only disappointing part was check inn. I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. I just can not see there logic other than to put a miserable start to your stay."

"Place is terrible, it’s not a 4 star and 20 Pounds a night you don’t really expect much but this is one up from a hostel. Disgusting to be honest. Glad it was just one night. The bed was dirty and one of the curtain tie backs were made out of a bent piece of wire. Just dated and not a pleasant stay. "
