"Let me start off by saying that the staff member, the husband and wife are extremely nice. This hotel has no let me say it again no elevator and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even exist up in our room. They put my family up on the 4 floor two adults and two kidsr. We had to carry our luggage, super heavy up to the fourth floor and back down when we checked out. The noise last until three to 4 o’clock in the morning. I felt like we were in a war zone every night. I was always hoping that it would rain...

"Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. Everytime I’m going to Phuket I’m coming here. "

"I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. "A calm place near the town. Sympathic and nice people ready to serve you. Excellent coffee. The room was just large enough for 3 people. The bathroom should be larger and missing a place to put our clothes. But the stay was very pleasant."

"What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. Steps away is a great locals restaurant where we were able to eat for a family of 3 for about $9 CAD. The owners there taught us how to add the fixings to our dishes via some sign language interpretation. There's...
