"Wat hotel adequate, but breakfast, while diverse is somewhat crowded. Rooms divide bathroom facilities into 3 separate parts which is a bit cramped and awkward, especially sink in the hall way. The location is a bit hard to find and mildly off the center. But everything is more than adequate."

"We’ve read the reviews of other people before the visit and we did not know what to expect. We stayed at the property for two nights and we were quite happy with our stay. Dinner and breakfast were very good, private onsens were amazing. Private onsens could use a good scrub (that was the only con for our stay). Access is via a bus from Takayama 1.5h - plenty of walks around. "
