"Upon arrival to the hotel, staff were patiently waiting at the entrance building, greeting guests and go all the way to our car at the car park to help with the bags. The hotel has good English speaking staff. This makes our stay even more pleasant as the staff was able to explain the Japanese meals in details during dinner. The room was comfortable for a night stay. Although the onsen is quite small, it was still comfortable for a good hot bath during a cold winter night. "
