"Located very close to JR station, convenient for taking bus to other cities. Not very close to sight seeing spots within the city, about 15 minutes walk, but is acceptable. Next to the hotel is a very famous hida beef restaurant. Very nice!"

"Actually, everything is perfect. Anyway, the room can't protect any voice from other room. Air Conditioner is not good for control the temperature in the room. However, the size is quite small but it is not the wrong by the hotel. It just me that may need the big one. If i go alone, this hotel will be my first choice for relax."

"The staff speak English or Mandarin hence communication was a breeze for me. They were very friendly, helpful and polite. The location of the ryokan is within walking distance to the town and close to the train station. Hotel provides a bus shuttle to the train station. From the train station to the hotel, there is also a complimentary ride. I had a very pleasant stay at the ryokan and highly recommend it. "

"A good location from which to enjoy the Gero Onsen experience. Free shuttle from the train station makes it convenient. The dinner and breakfast are excellent if you like japanese style meals. Very convenient to local shopping, etc. Very enjoyable hot baths. Recommended if you like public baths and ryokan style meals."

"시설도 깨긋하고 온천도 넓고좋았습니다. 특히 역의 I cafe에서 짐 미리보내기 서비스를 했는데 관광하기 편리하고좋았습니다. 주변에 먹을곳이없고 역까지나가지않으면 저녁늘 해결할수없으므로 호텔 레스토랑 혹은 저멱부페포함하여 예약하거나 하지않으면 라운지 음식으로 해결해야하므로 주의"

"The stores were all closed when we arrived on a Tuesday but the hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful. The good was very good and the outdoor bath was heavenly. "

"An exceptional hotel that ticks all the boxes for me. Wonderful staff and service. Location is very convenient with a Family Mart a stone’s throw away and close to the Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops. The onsen is a bonus. Free drinks in the evening are very welcome. Love it!"

"Hotel was well clean and close to a 7/11 and restaurants. The front desk lady spoke Spanish which made it easy for me to communicate with since I don’t know Japanese. She was amazing and very helpful. 5 star to her too"

"The hotel is big and could cater to big crowds without having the guests feeling overcrowding. The 3 onsens are spread over 3 different blocks of building but very walkable within indoor (hence no concern about rain or cold weather). Buffet breakfast was excellent with good spread of western and Japanese cuisine. Parking onsite is complimentary and the hotel is walkable to small town with eateries, shops and cafes. "All was good for us with the exception of the breakfast. Breakfast was overcrowded and we waited for 30min longer than our scheduled time. At that point some of the items were not available on the buffet. Outside breakfast the place was great for us. Location is good, lots of parking and a Family Mart right across the road for supplies. "
