"We stay at lots of properties in Tahiti and this is beautiful, very clean, friendly, and calm feeling with the most beautiful pool in Fr Polynesia. Good food. A bit pricier than others but worth every extra XPF!!! Will be back for our 3rd stay very soon. Thank you!!!"

"This is the best boutique hotel in Papeete. Location is central to everything, especially the ferry which is right across the street. There was an awesome Polynesian reggae band that performed at the rooftop bar, the vibe was electric. "

"Great location, wonderful ocean views and ocean wave sounds! Our unit had a kitchen and a washer. We didn't use it, except for morning coffee, but was nice to have. The sink in the kitchen leaked, and the drains in the bathroom were slow to drain, but overall, the experience was good. Who can complain if you are in French Polynesia! "

"Friendly staff and perfect for a quick overnight to catch the ferry the next morning to the other islands. Rooms were small, but I was alone and had no issue climbing up the ladder into the bed. (Might be difficult if physically challenged)"

"The location is in the center of Papette which is very convenient. The hotel suit is spacious and quiet. But the bathroom needs lighter, the bathtub is high, not easy to get out and may fall down easily. Should have a shower door or a curtain to prevent the water splatter everywhere. The kitchen needs a microwave instead of a big oven. The swimming pool is good size, clean ...very cool. Staffs are caring always with a smile, quickly response to our needs. "Great lodge! Friendly staff and very helpful. Lovely garden and swimming-pool, nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again, when back in Papeete. The place is very clean and they have lots of space, for car parking, in case you are coming with a car. They have transfer service to and from the airport and safari and all kinds of excursions can be booked through them too. Looking forward to be back there again."

"I absolutely love this place! It's situated in the hills of Tahiti and had beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms were very large and well decorated. The family who owns and manages the property are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were very accommodating to our requests and provided info about the places to visit on Tahiti and Moorea. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in Villa Tamanu for one of the nights during our honeymoon, and wished we would have stayed there the whole time. We loved the privacy and all the space. There were kayaks and the villa was right off the water. The pool and outdoor atmosphere was very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again."

"The property was excellent overall and offered excellent value. The one thing I did not like was the indigent people hanging out right outside the property who were smelly, smoked and sometimes made bad comments. They weren't too bad but they should not have been there."
