"The property was very nice, including the swimming pools, and grounds in general. We enjoyed our stay. However, the Front Desk Staff needs more training in helping guests get back to the airport. It is not very far away, and getting from the airport to the hotel went okay, but we had to pay for two cabs for our group. When checking in, we requested to reserve a cab that would hold all seven of us, and we were told that we had one. We were not told that due to traffic in the morning, it would...

"We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."
