Pros: Clean facility, adequate staffing. Cons: quite pricey, very small room, don't provide potable water (e.g. fountain), mandatory and expensive offsite parking charge (on Expedia they said there's a free onsite parking that needs reservation, but hotel clerks said Expedia lied and don't take ownership of this false information)

The staff was extremely friendly, price was reasonable. The other reviewers are accurate with the noise however this is not the hotels fault. It is located in the heart of downtown so noise is expected. This is not prevent me from sleeping and the traffic did was not noticeable past 8-9. Great location and incredible staff, cannot got wrong!

One of a few hotels right near the ferry terminal designed pretty much for that need. It’s just one block from the terminal, so extremely convenient. Rooms are on the small side, but you’re there for the layover. There was ONE available outlet without unplugging something else (which we did). Continental breakfast is available, but there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, so we didn’t bother. Staff was helpful and accommodating when we asked both to convert our money and store our luggage between checkout and our ferry. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back that way.

Our room had leaks from ceilings creating puddles of water everywhere. The noise level from the bar across the street was so loud that we couldn’t sleep until after bar closes ,way past midnight.
