"This place is very convenient and walking distance to town to restaurants the market of Papeete. As for cleanness: The rooms need deep cleaning and some touch ups in the rooms. "A fantastic option for a couple of days in Papeete. Don't be misled by the google street view.. it is over 6 yrs old and thr property has been fully refurbished under new ownership. If you are heading out by ferry to Moorea, there is no place better. Self catering options exist with a stocked kitchen for 2. Fully recommend and will return on my next trip to this wonderful island. "
