I would recommend an SUV, a sedan might bottom out on the road coming in. I gave 4 stars overall because of the latrine.. It is a compost toilet and there is an odor. "The house was immaculate upon arrival. Very surprising as it is nestled right into the woods so you would expect to be some bugs or dust/dirt from in and out of the doors. But, there was none. I loved the privacy of the location, but it was a short drive to everything.
