"This hotel exceeded our expectation. We stayed 3 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Bed is comfortable, love that there’s a kitchen and laundry facility. Close to public transport. But the main highlight for us is the shower..best shower of all the hotels we ever stayed (we’ve been to many hotels). One small criticism, cleaning service needs improvement. "Very clean. Checked in late and had no problems. Shower had good pressure and a fan. Only thing we didn’t like was the ac unit is above the door and right next to the thermostat so the bedroom never got that cold. "

"We stayed here for 5 nights. Front desk staff were kind and courteous, easy to request late checkout/early check-in. Room was clean and spacious. King bed is, as has been the case in most of Australia, two twins pushed together. Locations is very good, near The old downtown and darling harbour with lots of shopping nearby. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Charging 30$(25 if booked the night before) for their extremely bare offerings for breakfast is beyond the pale. I’m used to hotels...
