"Love everything about this hotel but just looking for some spare towels was an issue as no towels available for us, it took half an hour to wait for them to find some spare towels for us "

"Hotel is located in a very fun tourist area - beach across the street, great walking paths and scenery, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Having the Manly ferry at walking distance is very convenient. Hotel rooms nice and they have on-site restaurant and evening entertainment - loud if your room is located above bar. We didn’t mind. "

"I loved my stay here. My room was inexpensive and compact but comfortable and had all I needed ( a full length mirror would have been good though) the shared bathrooms are gorgeous not lots of cubicles it’s proper private suites loved them. The staff are wonderful and we spent lots of time in the car downstairs. Great food too. In the evenings if you don’t like the noise of a pub then it’s probably not for you but I don’t mind and can sleep through anything. Definitely will stay here again. "

"The staff were really good. We were allocated a very average room and when I called reception they did the best they could you relocate us. Still not great but definitely better. Beaches restaurant had changed their menu from a week prior which was disappointing. We are very regular stayers and would like to be recognised regularly not just when we book multiple rooms. We go with hotels.com as their reward program is more immediate and flexible even tho I am a gold IHG member"
