"We loved the location 😊 it was all clean and welcoming. Loved the family room but sadly wasnt told about it which would of been nice at.check in. We also would of loved some cultery and plates as we were traveling with a little one, you provided it apon request which was nice. The heat pump in our room needed filters cleaned, when we put it on heating it smelt horrible. "

"Good room with a huge balcony. Limited on-premises parking that has to be booked in advice. Public parking nearby has very inconvenient payment options - you can only pay for 12 hours at a time. "

Walking distance to riverside market , right across the street from the botanical gardens and the boathouse for kayaking or punting. Fantastic bagel and coffee stand next door for breakfast. The hotel was perfect "
