"Not so friendly at desk- restaurant waiter not nice ate fine first water then 2 nd waiter terrible "

"The hotel was renovating while we were there and we enjoyed a new room. We weren’t able to get the room we asked for but staff accommodated us sufficiently. The quality of the rooms is excellent. If you come during 2025 you may have a few issues but staff work hard to make it right. "

"Excellent location and nice rooms. The only drawback was that it has one restaurant with a menu offering only a few choices. Some staff in the restaurant need retraining to become more professional."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great and really good. Public transportation was across the street and very close to the hotel. Our room had a great view of the city and the Bern Expo. The staff were all friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend this place. Definitely when we are visiting Bern we will stay here again. "The property was really good. The only problem I had was the room was a little small. And also there is no provision to decrease AC when it’s Hot outside. The option provided to me was to open the windows to get some cold air.. when it was hot outside "
