"Ticked all the boxes for me. It was just a base to sleep, didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on those. It was clean enough and check in was done in a very friendly manner which was everything I was looking for."

"Wonderful stay. Fantastic staff who made my birthday stay special with some added touches. Staff at reception and the Morse Bar really went the extra mile, thank you! We used the spa which was £20 per head, there was a bit of an odour to the changing room area and the shower in the thermal area was blocked and water over flowing. The bed was extremely comfortable and one of the best night sleeps we’ve had in a long time! "

"Facilities were great for a 3 star hotel on a budget, even included a free breakfast. Restaurant was closed on a monday but a literal 5 minute walk across the bridge is a nice pub restaurant"

"Easy check in, great staff, wonderful food. Great view of the horses in the pasture, the geese, and birds. 3 minute walk to the Thames with a path that goes into Oxford. Fabulous."

"Great location- half way point from wales to south coast. Lovely reception, friendly easy check in. Nice room very comfortable. Only problem was the noise - a strange bit loud humming all the time - like machinery. Also the sink doesn't drain very fast at all - maybe a blockage somewhere - so water in the basin all the time. But all in all it's a good place to stay- easy parking and near Asda and the cinema too- both of which we took advantage of "
