"We had a one night stay at the St Giles Hotel. We chose this hotel primarily because of it's location, just off Tottenham Court Road. We chose a 'signature' double room. Whilst the room was still rather cosy, it was well kitted out with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. I would think that the room had recently been refurbished since the decoration was all clean and fresh. The en suite was very stylishly decorated and the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. The room was exceptionally clean. We had a good breakfast at the hotel. Ali, one of the chefs, was particularly helpful. He was kind enough to make me a single portion of porridge with almond milk, since i cannot have dairy. Really friendly chap and we had a good conversation about nutrition too. All in all a very good stay at the St Giles and will be very happy to stay here again. "

"Great place as a base when visiting London. Very clean and tidy with attentive staff. Breakfast recommended as plenty of choice and buffet style - full English will cost you £12 locally. Room was big and decor nice and relaxing. Couple of bars on site that were great. Check-in can can be busy but staff manage it well. A good test of service was requesting more tea bags at 10:30 pm - they arrived ten minutes later, better than many more expensive hotels! Was surprised at how good eveything was for the money - save yourself £150 and stay here! "
