The rooms were fine, cleaned everyday...the beds were super comfortable. It is situated in a convenient location to use a variety of public transportation. "We were given an upgrade on arrival and found ourselves in very comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities which extended our options and allowed us to make the most of our stay. We had stayed before in more standard accommodation and found it satisfactory but the additions that the upgrade gave us were excellent. We used the microwave, enjoyed the comfort of a relaxation area with a settee and large screen T,V We will certainly return. The hotel was ideally located for our trip to the Royal Frstival Hall."

We tried to have an early check in, but our room was not ready, and it was still not ready at regular check in hours. We went to the executive lounge for a little while and then we explored the area around the hotel. The location is excellent. "
