"This hotel is lovely, room was big enough, nice and clean and great view of Tower Bridge. The downside is the lifts! They do not work well and we ended up walking up the stairs to the 6th Floor because they were just not arriving. The breakfast was also not worth £22 each. However, we would not hesitate to stay again! "

"We had a lovely stay at Park Place Westminster! Check was easy and swift. We were given a free upgrade from a basic room to a studio which was super nice. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. One thing to note, it was quite easy to hear noises in the hallway but not from the other rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and exactly what we needed after a long travel day. "

"This hotel is classed as a budget hotel but I thought it was great and couldn't fault a thing. Great location, super comfy bed, great breakfast and very helpful staff. We had an issue with the AC in the room, i reported it and it was fixed within 20 minutes even though it was 9pm!"

"Bed a little hard but not the worst. Cozy. So wonderfully dark and quiet that I kept sleeping in. Nice shower, but my biggest issue with the room is that said shower leaked into the sleeping area - had to put a towel down as a barrier so my luggage wouldn't get wet. But overall, great."

"I Found the Royal Horseguards a gem in the heart of London. Very friendly reception team greeted me. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection of items to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. "
