"As a frequent visitor to Christchurch I automatically rent this lovely French inspired cottage. It is always clean and comfortable. The beds guarantee a great night’s sleep in a quiet location. The kitchen is well equipped with some welcome basic supplies. Richmond is well located for access to much of Christchurch. The house is five minutes walk from a supermarket and food outlets. Danielle’s communication is prompt and helpful."

"This is a tidy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit on a quiet street in Merivale. It is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed: TV, Wi-fi, nice size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is very good value. Our only complaints were it was not always easy to contact the host, and, there were no instructions left on how to use the TV or the coffee maker. "A really good property. We stayed as we were attending an even at the Wolfbrook Arena, about a 20 minute walk away. We didn’t have a car, so it was a walk from the CBD to the property. Two good size bedrooms, comfortable living area and a great location. Will stay again next time we’re attending an event at the arena. "

"We stayed for one week in this lovely townhouse. The location is within easy walking distance to the town centre. The place is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host is attentive and responds quickly to all correspondence. It is easy to find parking in the street outside the building, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. If we return to Christchurch, I am hoping we can stay here again."

"No hesitation recommending this excellent accommodation. Quiet, very well located, superbly equipped and maintained in great condition. Booking was easy and Wendy was very helpful. Some useful starter snacks/milk and many condiments were also a nice touch. This is a top place to stay and hard to beat at the price. "
