"This is a tidy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit on a quiet street in Merivale. It is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed: TV, Wi-fi, nice size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is very good value. Our only complaints were it was not always easy to contact the host, and, there were no instructions left on how to use the TV or the coffee maker. "A really good property. We stayed as we were attending an even at the Wolfbrook Arena, about a 20 minute walk away. We didn’t have a car, so it was a walk from the CBD to the property. Two good size bedrooms, comfortable living area and a great location. Will stay again next time we’re attending an event at the arena. "

"We stayed for one week in this lovely townhouse. The location is within easy walking distance to the town centre. The place is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host is attentive and responds quickly to all correspondence. It is easy to find parking in the street outside the building, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. If we return to Christchurch, I am hoping we can stay here again."

"Overall we were pleased with the place, but we had a few problems:When we arrived the lawn was overgrown so couldn’t be used as there were bees and wasps everywhere. Luckily they had a crew out there the next day to fix it, but when they left they left the door unlocked.The internet was woeful which rendered the tv useless a lot of the time.The bathroom ceiling is in need of a paint as there are orange spots all over it which drops down onto the floor.One of the beds was made with the wrong size...
