I had my parents come and stay with me over Easter and they loved it. Its a great spot. Very close to everything you need but at the same time very quiet. The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The area itself is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. However, parking was a bit challenging, especially during busier hours, and the lack of air conditioning upstairs made the bedroom quite warm at night. "

"Booked here for the Christchurch marathon. Super handy being right in town. Only thing to be aware of is it’s entirely on-street parking. Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. "Lovely clean appartment. But parking was too tight. The kitchen was great but could be kitted out better with mixing bowls, chopping boards, scissors and paper towels. Loved the use of spa but temperature kept dropping. Couple extra towels for spa use would've been good. Overall a happy stay."

The location was great, the place is spacious, comfortable and Rose set it up so that we could have the 2 singles as a king in the bigger bedroom.
