"Not bad for a london hotel but it is just rooms above a pub. A nice place to stay if you are visiting Kew Gardens. However, the room we stayed in had a single glazed window with very poor seals. So the room was cold alll night and the wind whistled through the window and rattled it. In addition the bed was incredibly hard (not just a firm mattress) and the sink in the bathroom was leaking. "A two night stay with family members. Traditional London pub which served very tasty food. Not all of the items on the menu or drinks in the bar were available. The rooms were clean but not spacious and situated on the side of the noisy south circular road. The staff were friendly and accommodating."
