"Arrived to a clean, well decorated cottage. Smaller than expected for four adults. The view made up for any shortcomings. A small screened in porch, a deck, large flat granite rocks, the outside seating options are numerous. Best part of our day, coffee on the deck watching lobster boats, hearing loons, marveling at the sunrise. Be aware the use of the fireplace is prohibited. Would have been great on a rainy day. "A beautiful location, just a short distance from so many things. Our plan was to rest and relax, we couldn't have asked for a better place to do that. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brooksville. The property is beautiful and quiet, but close to local hikes. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the chefs kitchen, which is actually appointed so you can make meals easily. The property was very clean and the WiFi fast (we had to work remotely one day). Host was easy to communicate with and flexible when we needed to alter checkout. We will definitely be back when it is warmer, the path to the water would be wonderful then"

"We really enjoyed this property for our 4th visit to the Maine mid-coast area this year. It was a private and quiet setting surrounded by trees decked out in beautiful fall foliage. Easy access to Camden and many idyllic little townships. Some beautiful hiking nearby too. The house was tidy with an easy layout and good beds. We lacked nothing and were very comfortable. Host Mark was quick to respond if we had any questions. The house is multi-level so there are stairs.We will stay again...

"Great management, very clean, had everything in the kitchen, comfortable beds, even a pen for a dog. The sky was beautiful at night. It was very quiet. We were very close to hiking trails and the lighthouse. We had a nice time at Christmas."

"Our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Plenty of space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. So much common space to enjoy a fire, meals, and outdoor space. The beach is very wide during low tide and an added perk. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We can’t wait to plan a return trip."

"The home was better than expected. It's one of the few times that photos did not do the beautifully appointed home and perfect location enough justice. I booked the home for a girlfriend gathering - we all wished we had husbands and kids along to enjoy this property and location. There was a small snafu with water that had nothing to do with the owners - that said, they were readily available to help remedy in any way. "A wonderful pool area with great amenities. I don't understand why there are no napkins/paper towels in the rooms. We had to use towels and they were extra dirty after. Our housekeeper for the 4th floor. She was very sweet and kind. Also, she seemed efficient. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you "
