"It's a lovely home and comfortable,perfect for a Maine vacation. As with most older homes with older furnishings there is always extra mantenance needed over the years (having grown up in a house in Uk that was Elizabethan at one end and Georgian at the other I can attest to that!) A suggestion would be to address the dust on the drapes, especially upstairs, and most importantly the dust collection on the window blinds, especially at their lower edges. "My family had so much fun in Maine. The house is in a great location. Walking distance to Lincolnville beach, great coffee shop next door, great market next door, close to Camden hills, we hiked Mount Megunticook, shopped in Camden, took the Ferry to Isleboro and spent the day. So much to do in the area. Vivienne was very responsive, friendly and easy to deal with."

Lots of space to read, play games, relax

"We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. We didn’t plan or pack for any rain but when it poured for a solid day, we were thankful for the cabin’s shelter and wifi and umbrella when we went out. Although we brought an infant and a 2.5yo, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property for such little/young kids unless you’re prepared for spotting them up and down the ladder. "We loved staying at this pet-friendly property! TJ checked us in, and she was so welcoming to us and our pups by offering dog bowls and beds and gave us treats and other pup essentials. It was very quiet and located right in the downtown. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and very cozy. We will be back!"
