"This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Service was 5 star - everyone is so friendly. Our only minor issue is we didn’t get into either of our two rooms until past the check in time which is listed as 4pm. Parking is valet and car was always there in 5-10 min. My father-in-law is in a wheelchair and they kept his car right up front for him. Just really nice people. "

"Front desk staff was very helpful...Whitney was kind enough to upgrade me to an ocean view and when the valet service couldn't locate our car for awhile the next morning, the front desk extended our check out time to give us some extra time to enjoy the facilities. Michelle and Kelsey were also on the front desk at the time."

"This is most terrible of hospitality, the facility is dirty, the personal are so mean especially the front desk staff.. I’m sorry but I will never recommend this place !! "
