"The property was beautiful and unique the way it was built into the mountain, however that did make walking around challenging at times, if you are not in shape, but there was always someone available with a golf cart to get you were you needed to go! The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Very nice building, we were able to get in early since our room was ready. We had a crazy start at 5.30am to get to Ohare to get here, so we were tired. We had to wait for 1hr to get our car from Avis - they said this is normal. Thank You for letting us in early to rest!!"

"The part of town not good at all! Junkies on everywhere, using right out in the open. Also it would have been nicer to sit in the hot tub after traveling all day. The pool and hot tub were empty. Other than that I slept like a baby had coffee in the am and the restaurant the night before was excellent. The guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful. "
