"The price was surprisingly affordable. The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"In fairness, there are new owners who recently took over from the shambles left by the previous owners. The new owners said they have many plans in the works to make this a better place. This said, this place was rather scary to be at. It was dirty onnthe grounds, in the stairwells and the rooms need remodeling. I was unable to get a room key upon check-in became the card machine was broken. It was fixed soon after I was let into my room by a staff member after I checked in. But the first three nights, I had to get my room key card reprogrammed as it wouldn't work. Very frustrating. Also, I was given only one set of towels and the washcloth was stained and very thin. Only one small bar of soap too. Overall, I gave this property negative ratings as there are a LOT of things that need fixing or changing to make it halfway decent."

"After arriving around 5pm, we had to wait 20 minutes for a " room to be cleaned". The room was clean and fresh. But the floor tile is still loose, the bathroom door has a somewhat repaired hole in it and the general condition of the place is slightly above " ghetto"."
