It was an average enjoyable experience. Friendly staff, but some doors that were for public access didn’t work with the Keys and water temperature in shower was inconsistent. Would stay here again

The motel is nice, but it is located in a bad area. Homeless and methheads everywhere. I would not feel safe leaving the motel grounds.

This property is run down. Not to mention the broken security door that us supposed to be locked 24 hours a day but the handle is broken and opens freely for anyone. Room smelled strange. A plus is the beds were comfy and AC worked well. This is a place that you get what you pay for. Compared to other options in the area and price range, it seemed better.

The staff were usually hard to get in touch with and generally just had poor customer service. The facility locks all the doors at night and only 1 door works to get in and out of the whole building. They also placed an additional $150 charge on my card (in addition to paying the entire bill). Overall, just not the best hotel experience.

They lock the front doors and the only side door your suppose to use is all the way on one side. It rarely works. You end up calling to get in at night. 2 of the 3 people we delt with where great. One was cranky she had to let you in the front doors in the morning. They shut gates to the entrances. Basically it's a really bad area not worth what they charge. I picked a medium high rate compared to other options in Pheonix thinking it would be nice
