The front desk was short staffed when we arrived so we had to wait awhile to check in, and on the day we left one of the staff rudely asked my husband if he was a guest there, implying that he was a "flagrant" (her words) because she saw him "walk in from outside". She was apologetic when he showed her his key. Other than that, the hotel met our basic needs and was comfortable overall. "
