The lady that checked us in was short and rude. She was more interested in her cellphone. Room showed a little wear and tear mainly the bathroom. Besides that we liked the room breakfast was good in the morning and the rest of your staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area.You have a variety of different restaurants nearby and the hotel serves hot breakfast every morning.The beds are very comfortable and you'll surely rest well.This is the only hotel that I stay at whenever I visit Charleston, SC.

So this happened to be our family’s second stay at this hotel within year and a half ago. The hotel has not changed one bit with the appearance etc! The one thing that was somewhat frustrating this visit was a hot water issue right of the bat! All three families that were traveling alongside with us! I feel this hotel needs renovation asap!

Overall stay was great. Our hot water was somewhat lacking and the cool air was a bit off our first night. The staff was able to move us 2 doors down in a pretty easy move. They were very nice and cordial the entire time.
