Check in was a little slow because everyone had to use a clunky computer system to check-in. Staff did help move this along. "Hotel is good but the front desk people had a hard time understanding our request to get us taxis. They would not or could not do it for us. On our last two days, the front desk staff on duty finally booked us Taxis to the airport. The refrigerator in the room was on a very low setting. It was barely cold. Housekeeping only done after a week stay so we missed that too. Washer and dryer in room was a great thing to have. Good coffee shop nearby called REC coffee. "
