"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite."

"Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. "

"Little Robins Gate is amazing for a peaceful getaway. We had the spa room and the jacuzzi was great. The room was spotless and had some nice personal touches. Will definitely be staying again in the future."

"I paid for this holiday on New Years Eve to stay for two nights from Saturday 20 th April However we arrived and the Bed and Breakfast is all closed up We tried ringing the Owners and this number was unavailable please try later Tried ringing several times I emailed 3 times no reply We had to pay again and stay at another Bed and Breakfast I have not had a response from Expedia for a refund It is still taking bookings please remove this Bed and Breakfast from your website Disappointed and want...

"This is both an amazing location and an amazing hotel. Rob, the host, was a perfect one. He welcomed us, told us god places to eat etc and explained how the car park worked. The room was amazing. Clean, tidy and with the most amazing sea view. Coffee making facilities, toiletries and towels were pristine and the building was in superb condition. "The property and staff are fantastic,the only thing I’ll do differently next time is change to a rear facing room as the sea view room we had was very noisy but that was obviously down to people enjoying themselves on a Saturday night.Unfortunately we had to leave early Sunday meaning we tried to get an early night but already looking forward to our next visit.
