"We were unable to stay at this facility due to illness incurred on our trip . However, this understanding and workable business allowed us to obtain a refund for half the stay . "Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Shame place not open Monday and Tuesdays so can’t comment on service other than that they were great at the initial emails and the instructions were easy to follow. Nice room. Didn’t see where WiFi information was so can’t comment on WiFi. Enjoyed my stay. Felt homely. Loved being so close to the beach to go for a morning walk before I left. "

"I had a great short stay, our host and staff were lovely, I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and was given just the right amount of information about my stay, which did come in useful. My room was a good size, very very clean and tidy, I had a great view of the harbour and was very happy with my choice. I will look forward to staying again when I go back to Weymouth. I will not run the risk of trying somewhere else and being disappointed , which I think, I would be as the standard...
