"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Had a fantastic night. Lovely little place. Beautiful room. Really nicely decorated, you can tell a lot of effort has gone in to the room and communal areas. Amazing sea view to wake up to. Everything you could need, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Lots of options to control overnight temperature to our liking. Very very clean. Hosts were friendly and able to advise of good parking nearby. Wasn't noisy, from inside or out. Would definitely recommend. Incredible quality for the price."

"It was lovely hotel, the Owner Chris was very friendly and informative. Continental Breakfast was excellent with all sort of fresh berries and hot toast with tea or coffee served to our table. "

"I had a great time. Neil and Jacqueline were friendly. Great location. Walking distance to town, to the beach and to the train station. I had everything I needed in the room. Very clean. "

"Lovely seaside b&b run by a kind couple and their sweet dog. Home-like environment, with comfortable rooms, calming decor, thoughtful amenities, great breakfast, and excellent location. One small glitch was handled with grace and generosity. Highly recommend and hope to return. "

"It was the front room of a townhouse converted to a bnb so there were no thrills. The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. There was no do not disturb tag for the door and I think someone entered my room while I was still asleep. "

"This is both an amazing location and an amazing hotel. Rob, the host, was a perfect one. He welcomed us, told us god places to eat etc and explained how the car park worked. The room was amazing. Clean, tidy and with the most amazing sea view. Coffee making facilities, toiletries and towels were pristine and the building was in superb condition. "Short stay meeting my sister in Weymouth ,found this lovely small hotel on the see front with the most amazing view of the beach ,close to all the amenities, harbour, theatre,shops ,pubs& restaurants &even better the hostess couldn't of been more welcoming & informative ,of the area witch helped make are stay fulfilling & relaxing 👍thank you Nicola .we will be back 🤗"

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend.
