"I chose this property due to the closeness to Universal Studios I like the Bungalow effect the rooms could be a little bit nicer but I would recommend staying at this property just be prepared that you're in Los Angeles and sometimes the surrounding area can be intimidating however the staff was very nice and helpful"

"Property was near a couple of food places and just a 2 minute walk to the Universal trolly. I choose this location because of these features because I have mobility restrictions. Staff were great, very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed each day. Parking is VERY limited and a tight squeeze. We did not have a car for this trip but the lots was always full and only held about 11 cars. We would stay again if we return to Universal Studios. "

"Took the family to Universal Studios and stayed 3 nights. This is an older facility so take that into account. If you're looking for a fairly clean room, a hot shower and a fairly comfortable bed to sleep on, and don't mind it being an older facility, then this is the place for you. It had 2 queen beds and a fold down couch so everyone was able to have plenty of room to sleep. Room is small but provides the necessities. Everything worked like the air conditioner, tv, mini fridge, microwave...

"I am keeping this property on my short list when visiting LA. The location was great. The host was super helpful and the space was well maintained. *The only concern is the stairs leading up tot he space. If you are not able to use stairs you will want to inform the host. "

"The property is in a great neighborhood and stay was comfortable. Lot of good things about the home - lot of room, beds,baths for large groups - well stocked kitchen - nice pool and living room Some feedback on what could be better - house is aging and can use upkeep - hot water took a long time to show up - toiletries were not provided (cheap shampoo pouches, bar soap) for this price point we expected good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - microwave was in adjoining room"
