"We stayed here for 2 nights mid-week. The property was easy to find. There is plenty of free on-site parking. The staff were friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Check in was a quick process (checked in online the night before). Easy to locate our room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could do with more of a deep clean as there was some mould from the shower. We didn't have breakfast there as the timings and cost didn't appeal to us but we did eat in the restaurant one...

This place is super dog friendly (I actually think nearly everyone in the building had a dog) During our evening meal one item on the menu was not quite right and they quickly sorted it out for us. The food was delicious too, including breakfast. The room was spotless and a lovely view across the valley."

"Our second stay here. Our first stay was excellent; we had a room at the back. This time our room at the front was quite noisy. Lots of pub restaurant noise, road noise, and the wall between rooms 1 and 2 must be paper thin as we could hear every word of the tv show they watching next door! "Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...
