"Really professional and friendly staff. Tv sinal was dropping out. Couldn't get a signal mobile or wifi in the room and couldn't work out how to turn off the air condition which kept me awake all night. However that aside would stay again. Lovely looking. Well appointed. Easy access and good food and reception cant do enough. I didnt get the chance to use the spa andvpool but we ould certainly come back and will try it on that occasion. Great dinner and breakfast and very clean"

"Great location, beds a bit firm for my liking but it’s all personal preference. 2nd bedroom was turned into single beds but the positioning of the beds meant that the door didn’t close fully. Also the hall light was on a sensor and couldn’t find a switch to stop it - not great in the middle of the night when the door doesn’t close."

"Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher."

"The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night. I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. "Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...
