"The room was fabulous. Very clean. The only issue I had was communication between the hotel and 3rd party booking. I wanted to cancel a night. Hotels.com said the front desk needed to do that. I asked the front desk and they said Hotels.com had to do it. In the end I had to pay for a night I didn't use."
